One-Day Retreat.
A one-day retreat is a great way to deepen your practice. You are welcome to sit for part or all of the day. After nine periods of sitting and walking meditation, we will chant, have a circle talk, and share an informal meal served at 3pm (see full retreat schedule).

We encourage all those who can to attend the retreat in person. For those who are unable, the retreat can be accessed via Zoom. If prompted for a passcode, use 108.
